General overview: Main aim of this project is to develop and evaluate a web based training resource for employers and entrepreneurs who wish to establish new businesses atmosphere offering environmental products and services. The project will create equal opportunities on the job market, project partners aimed at perfecting the vocational skills of graduating students with disabilities by offering them the opportunity to gain work experience. This will increase their chances on the job market as well as change employers' attitude towards disabled people as potential employees. The project managers set out to find mentors for the disabled candidates. Each mentor was to be coupled with a disabled employee in a field chosen by the disabled person. Closely linked to the mentoring programme, the project also sought to establish an employer's network for disability. This network was to consist of companies with a positive attitude towards the employment of disabled people. The creation of this network would enable employers to share experiences as well as best practices concerning the employment of disabled people. The mentoring and e-coaching programme will be established in Turkey and in Spain with thirty disabled students. Two courses will be developed: "Psychology of communication with disabled persons" and "Working with disabled persons to encourage trust in them".
