Aims:
To offer a quality training methodology and didactic materials aimed to the acquisition of the 8 key competences for Lifelong Learning among adults with lack of training and education gaps in order to strength their personal fulfilment, social inclusion and employment access/improvement.
To promote the access of adults to the Knowledge Society encouraging their active citizenship.

Target groups:
Adults with lack of basic training or education gaps in risk of social exclusion: immigrants, premature school leavers, women's collectives, adults over 55, former young offenders, low-qualified workers, etc.
Professionals in charge of the design and planning of Policies in Education and Training contexts.
Education and Continuing Vocational Training providers: managers, trainers, technicians and administrative staff.
Enterprises: Human Resources and/or Training Managers.Expected results:
• Diagnosis study, highlighting the current conditions and characteristics of adults with gaps in basic training, as a consultancy and reference document for the partner countries.
• Comparison study and methodological analysis as a reference for providing adult education in Europe.
• A Training pathway and Didactic Modules for the 8 Key Competences:
- Communication in the mother tongue
- Communication in foreign languages
- Mathematical competence and basic competences in science and technology
- Digital competence
- Learning to learn
- Social and civic competences
- Sence of initiative and entrepreneurship
- Cultural awareness and expression
• Blended learning course on 8 key competences.
